Family
Room
The incredibly designed downstairs Family Room is an entertainer’s
delight. You can enjoy watching your favorite movie or sporting
events from your custom entertainment center with large soffit
surround. The Family Room has a connecting bathroom with a
custom shower and optional sauna that access the backyard.
Double 8 Ft french doors lead out to your patio with breath
taking views of Dehesa Valley. You can add an optional pool
with a waterfall feature, jacuzzi, firepit and bar-b-que.
Game
Room
Seperating the family room from the game room is a large double-sided
(wood burning ??) fireplace. The game room has a built in
bar which seats 6-7 people and is wired to accommodate a flat
screen TV above the bar. There is also ample room for a pool
table.
Grand
Room
The grand room has 20 ft. ceilings. Large windows are installed
to allow you to take in the incredible view. It shares a double-sided
fireplace with the kitchen. There are twin doors that open
to a beautiful lanai.
Kitchen
The huge gourmet kitchen has granite countertops with a large
center island that seats 4-6 people, state-of-the-art appliances,
a walk in pantry, custom wine cooler and rack and plenty of
cabinet space.
Kitchen Nook
In the kitchen there is a cozy breakfast nook with large bay
windows overlooking the beautiful views of the hills and valleys.
